Common Ground is a service provider that believes in the natural process of supporting all participants and loved ones in finding "home" in a community they choose. Empowering the freedom of choice and manifesting opportunities for every individual.

What we offer
We work collaboratively with families, the department of community services, organizations in the community, service providers and first and foremost the individual in need of support.
We take an individualized approach to build a support team unique to the needs, goals and core values of each person we work with. Creating opportunity for open communication and the tools necessary to continue success at home and in the community.

Housing Options
We can provide long term housing options in the community by creating an environment that promises success and inclusion. This is a carefully thought out process working alongside our participants with an experienced team of support twenty four hours a day.
Temporary transitional options are offered while preparing for Independent living, where we can then follow and support each individual, in living independently as part of their community of choice based on their individualized plan.
Our organization was created with love and a mothers dream for her autistic son. Learn about a new concept of living in a safe and inclusive community. Named after her son Ryan "Ryan's Park".
Located at 25 School Street in Kentville, Nova Scotia.

Financial support
We can offer guidance for gaining financial support by meeting with you and assessing the best possible options and or eligibilities that meet you where you are at "today".
We will work with you and your loved ones who would like to be privately funded, finding a balance of support to suit your financial situation.
Fundraising will provide a means to put back into the programs we offer and also raise funds for our participants to enhance their lives.
