We go through an initial thought process to create a safe and nurturing environment for our participants. Our homes are designed specific to the need. We provide a calm energy that creates a common ground between our support staff and participants for the overall health of ALL . Our support staff assist in encouraging self direction. Mentoring comes in by setting an example of kindness and empathy, between staff, community opportunity and the participants circle of trust.
